Recap :: Dallas Dr. Sketchys

Wow, Thanks to everyone that came out to Dallas Dr. Sketchy’s last Saturday!
I had so much fun being a model. I want to thank Lisa Lindholm and John Gonzales (who is the official Dallas Art Cheerleader on pushing creative people to DO SOMETHING) for putting on a great event. Be sure to join the Dr. Sketchy’s fan page or keep tabs on the blog to keep up when the next one happens.

Since it was the Sweetheart Valentines Bullshit edition, I decided to do two looks; the first was very sweet and candy-like love, the second more dark and angry (complete with eye patch). Sort of a before and after relationship. Here’s some pics, but there are more in the gallery to check out, including more art. Yay art!

Recap :: Gifts & Garters

Gifts & Garters (presented by Bewitching Burlesque and
Through The Looking Glass Studio) show was simply a delight!

There were so many creative, fun dances, check out all the pics from Mark Kaplan of Naked Lens to see them all. I especially had a blast cause I did my first humorous number (I guess I could count my Barbarella dance humorous too). You can check out my gallery for the rest of the photos.

Proust Questionnaire: Rose Darling

Ginger Valentine gave me the Proust Questionnaire in her latest Examiner article

French writer Marcel Proust made these questions famous at the end of the nineteenth century when he recorded his answers in his diary, “An Album to Record Thoughts, Feelings, etc.”

Known as the Proust Questionnaire, the following questions are selections from his original quiz. Today the Lovely Darling of Burlesque, Rose Darling takes time to answer a few for us.
